Relevantly easy to replace. There is a video online that goes over the screws to remove the door panel. Very easy. Then you unscrew the speaker so you can unplug the mirror. Remove the old mirror and install the new one. The mirror is a lot cheaper than buying a Ford factory original.
There is a way to just replace the mirror section. Pull on the upper left corner of the mirrors themselves and they will come out.
Then do the same with the new mirrors. BUT, you could break the new mirrors. So I suggest just replace the entire unit. It took me about 30 minutes.

Great price and works great
I purchased a less expensive version of this and the glass seems to be a plastic film which gave me a large blind spot that I didn't have with the OEM version. After nearly hitting a few cars when changing lanes, I decided to try this one. It installed easily and works great.

Perfect fit...Fast shipping
The mirror was shipped faster than I expected, which was great because in this van it was necessary! It was a simple install. About 1/2 hour. It fit perfectly. My only (minor) complaint is that the "up-down" and "side to side" functions are reversed. This could have been easily fixed by switching a couple pins in the connector...but I didn't notice until after I had the door re-assembled. I will certainly check with you again if I need any more parts!
