Pros: easy, straightforward replacement part that took care of a problem I was having with acceleration. Cons: it's a bit too short for the plastic tab on the car's plug in to completely snap on. That doesn't seem to matter, however, since the connection is snug and hasn't shown any signs of backing off.
My 2004 Hyundai elantra was accelerating very sluggish and the transmission was shifting into gears of should not have been shifting into and there was no check engine light for anything. I suspected the throttle position sensor and decided to replace it as a shot in the dark. It repaired the problem, it drives like new again. Replacement was very easy on my car, it took about 5 minutes.
