This is a great replacement for ur worn out stock part. Look well made. Install was easy. Product dose need to be secure in the box better. It was trying to breaking out. But no scratches in the pant.

This is only my opinion. I believe it will fit just fine. I'm using it on a 6" lift. But. My Cherokee is modified. I do have a transfer case drop. With my particular set up. The frontend at full hang has plenty of spline engagement. Again This is my opinion. (Measure to verify) I hope this is helpful.

This driveshaft will not fit a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It's a driveshaft so they all look pretty similar, but things like overall length, mount type etc. will affect fit.
