Awesome fitment
The unit was the exact unit I needed for my ES 300. Installing it was a bit challenging but I was able to get it done. Unfortunately there are NO you videos on how to install one of these and the unit didn't come with instructions. The picture on your website is upside down. You need to flip it so that the handle is below the lock button and the speaker is to the right of the handle.

I installed it, so far so good. Could have used instructions. You have to remove the thin plastic bezel from the memory button compartment of the old piece, and transfer it to this new one to hold the buttons in. Once you have made the transfer of the new handle to your door panel, the installation goes very easy. Part seems to well made, however they changed the speaker grill from metal to plastic.
