The review I am going to write is going to a negative review. When I purchased the item it was stiff (hard to open) so but I kept it thinking it would take time to simply adjust to the way we want it to. This was not the case. The handle has recently broke off with ease. I have already wrote the company a complaint but figured I would give an honest review if the product which is a 0 out of 10. Thank you for your time.
