Nice quality condenser but doesn't come with o-rings

This condenser appears to be very good quality. I was going to give it 5 stars, but it doesn't come with the o-rings. I had to go to the local auto parts store to get a $17 kit with a boatload of extra o-rings I won't ever use. Not sure why they can't throw a couple in and charge an extra buck. Quick backstory. The car was in an accident, and I gave the body shop permission to installed used parts **except** for the condenser. You got it. A used condenser was installed, but I didn't know that until I pulled the radiator for a leak. This was a perfect it, and the a/c is ice cold.
