I have a 2004 SL500. Vibration was only noticeable at "stop lights" and very minimal, yet out of place in such a great car. I replaced all three mounts, When I got them out the transmission mount looked almost new and only the left motor mount was "leaking", but I think I did the right thing to change them all, The car is now smooth as silk. I don't know how to address the "money back" request, but will say if it is the "mounts" that are causing your vibration, it will only get worse 'til you replace them and I'm so pleased whenever 1AAuto has the parts I need... they are great to deal with and have the best customer service. They will actually talk to you on the phone, with a real "Live" person and provide little bonus things, like this "answer this question" bonus.

Can this be used on a 4matic E320?

I am not sure. Mine is an '03 E320 2WD..

No these will not work on a 4matic application.

Is this product a direct fit?

Yes. It is direct fit. The exhaust will need to be disconnected to fit engine mounts. Not a huge deal.

The mounts are a direct fit. Buy the offset wrench to make the job easier.

I put it on a 1998 C280 and had no problems. They fit very well. It has been over a year since I put them on and I have not had any issues.

Not satisfied with the Motor mounts and very concerned to keep driving

Sad to report these are working properly.. When they were first installed.. they worked well..took care of the horrible vibration and loud noise it caused..But as time passed the part isn't keeping my motor stable..And now the motor actually "WOBBLES" as it seems to be lose.. What can be done about this issue ?? Please let me know..I also have the Spark plug set and wires..But I'm afraid to have them installed..Thank you?
