This was a great, affordable product. I needed to do the gasket, but to do both wasn't that much more. The casting and finish is clean, installation was simple and the engine noise is much lower!
The new valve cover worked fine.
Besides no longer leaking oil from the top section, my engine runs smoother and quieter. The splash of silver even looks better in an otherwise black engine bay. Upon receiving it, I was worried that the screw holes would not align properly as they appeared to be way off center. I was wrong and it went on easily, but I used the original bolts as the flanges on the new bolts had a noticeably shorter diameter.
