Smaller than OEM on my 2000 Nissan Frontier 3.3L 4x4 which made it easy to fit in the space. However, the main wire was 3 inches too short so I had to extend it. Started right up at first crank, time will tell how long it lasts. The shape was also different than OEM but it seems to work just fine.
I received the starter in a very timely manner. It took me awhile to install it. The only problem I had was the solenoid activation wire on the new starter was only 6 inches long and my starter wire was 12 inches long. I had to lengthen it to make it work. So far it works great.
