The plastic housing broke immediately when inserting the provided mounting screws. using only a hand screw driver, I could hear and then see the housing fracture and break apart before the screws were half way seated. I had to epoxy the unit to the mounting hardware. The mount cover did not cover the hole in the fender, I had to modify some left over parts from another. The supplied coax cable had the wrong connector for 1995 Pontiac Firebird, even though it was listed for my car. again had to scrounge parts from other jobs. In the end, it does work, just took a lot of "field modifications" to complete the job.
unit installed by contract restoration shop in 92 Buick and per shop, went in easily. Did not connect on first try. waiting for 2nd .

This is a more universal part and will have different wiring than the factory assembly. We don't currently have an installation video or instructions available for this part. You would need to know which is which on your vehicle. The assembly only includes info for the part and not for the vehicles they are to be installed in. This part fits many different vehicles with different wiring.
