I can only advise that this exact kit, perfectly fit my 2015 Ram 1500 Crew Cab Express 4 door, 4WD, 5.7L Hemi. I would advise calling the company, and ask if it's the same kit for your vehicle. I would think it is, but I don't want to bet as we all know what can happen when you guess without solid facts. Note: My vehicle at time of installation had roughly 135K miles. You will most likely need a Saws-all with the very best strength blades, as you will need to cut through "Grade 10.8 bolts" which you will most likely to purchase through a RAM dealership, as you usually can't get the bolt kit from any other parts dealer, the bolts usually don't come off, and are "Dealer Specific". I am only trying to keep you from getting any "Mid Project Surprises" as a friend. Hope all this helps.

Everything worked for my 6 BDS lift kit except the tie rod ends. Those had to be from BDS. Also mark your lower A-Frame bolts so you can get it back into alignment to drive to an alignment shop. I also changed my sway bar bushings. Mark your threads on the tie rod ends so you get those back into alignment. Overall my truck rides a lot smoother and is tight.
