The fuel pump assembly I received was installed and had a problem with the fuel sender. I took it to the mechanic to test it and the mechanic verified. It was faulty. I then had to have the mechanic install a new fuel pump and sender unit. Which cost me around $2000.
The unit was well packaged and it worked perfectly! No complaints.

Installed the new fule pump about 3 weeks ago, still going strong.
one of the fuel lines kept slipping off the pump after install and had to drop the tank again put a hose clamp to hold it in place

Pumps been working fine for me ever since I installed it.
fairly easy to install. hard oart was getting the retaining ring to move completly over. Turns out it was not the pump but relay giving power to pump. common issue I did not research enough

You need a new pump. Since the float is a part of the whole assembly. Same thing happened to my 2017 Ram.
