The insert came on glued, camming it to be stuck on the socket..? I found this to be quite troublesome and it could lead to further complications for your install
Good tool
I gave it a four star because the rubber insert in the socket kept falling out. It seems that it was not glued properly. I fixed that.

The rubber inside socket came off and got stuck in spare plug well.
Rubber piece keeps falling out getting stuck on spark plug head. Had to buy one at AutoZone
Needed a good quality plug socket. I don't change plugs every day, but this one is good enough and the price was right. I recommend for the weekend mechanic as I had no issues with it.
