Same issue here that other reviewers have experienced. I just received the radiator and it has the removable straight fittings. It is odd that it would have a removable straight fitting if they do not have 90 degrees fittings. The way the heat shield is made you cannot use the straight fitting. I called a local auto parts store and they informed me that the radiators with the 90 are actually for the turbo model. I thought this was a one off but apparently it is an issue with the 2.5i vs 2.5 turbo design. Very frustrating indeed.
This radiator does not come with 90 degree transmission line fittings. It seems every other one does. Cannot find those feelings anywhere in a town of 200,000. Make sure what you order has those fittings The fittings that come with it stick straight out. I dont think thats a good thing for your transmission. You should use the type that originally comes with the car
I recommend this product for all in need of a radiator in the years 2002*2007. perfect fit!

This radiator will fit manual or automatic transmissions as long as you do not have a turbo.
