Poor Quality & Poor Customer Service
Purchased this product in June if 2025 had the alternator professionally installed. Drove the car less than 500 miles and had the alternator fail in September and cause electrical surges through the vehicle. Fried multiple resistors and caused over $1,000 od damage and repairs. Called customer service and they refused to do anything for me besides offer me the same low quality alternator that caused more damage than the cost of the alternator. Very dissapointed with 1A as I have been a long time loyal customer that buys all my parts from them. Unfortunately their lack of willingness to make the issue right has cost them thousands of dollars in future business as I will not be purchasing any parts from them in the future.
