Excellent quality
I don't even feel any vibration anymore and the car doesn't shake on start up. I checked how strong the part is, it holds the engine well.
Seems to be a good replacement for the original part for my 2004 Camry. It fits nicely. The metal part is about half as thick as the original.

Part fit exactly - took only 5 minutes to install once I got the engine supported from below.
