No, this does not come with gasket.
No. You need to purchase a gasket and sealant separately. Many times the gasket and sealant come in a kit. For my 05 RX330, I bought MAHLE Original OS32237 Engine Oil Pan Gasket Set. Buy the 1A auto pan and the kit and you should be good to go.
We would send out a replacement to you first at no charge, and upon receipt and installation ask that you ship the faulty part back to us to maintain the warranty.
