Not really. But it definitely requires experience. Or watch quite a few videos before DIY.

Thank you for your inquiry! This will not require any special tools to remove the old hub bearing assembly. We don't currently have an installation video or instructions available for this part. The bearing is installed and attached to the suspension knuckle. However, I was not able to install this part on my vehicle because the wear sleeve (inner silver plate lining) is loose. It would rotate and make noise when driving. I reach out and got a replacement part but had the same issue. Now I cannot refund or replace the part. As a word or caution too, where your car is manufacture will determine if the parts will fit. Ex - American manufacture Toyota does not fit Japanese manufacture Toyota oem parts. If your vehicle is made somewhere in the US this part will not fit your vehicle although the make and model says it will fit.
