Mirror came with everything I needed (minus install instructions, but you can just watch a YouTube video). I called to ensure this would fit my 2016 rav4 HYBRID and she guaranteed me it would and it did. My car looks much better at half the coat it would have to have taken in somewhere and had them order the part.
Your OEM mirror cap will not fit onto this mirror, only the supplied cap will work.
