Why doesn't sensor come with o-ring?

New hardware is not included with this item. You may be able to reuse your original hardware if it is in good condition.

Can you tell Where does this part go ?

Usually the location of this sensor is directly behind the coolant pipe or the right cylinder head.

What if all you need is the oring itself not the sensor?

Hello, You might want to see who offers just the oring but you'll need to remove this part anyway so might as well replace it.
