My fuel pump had broke on my 2001 1.8L MK4 Jetta. I called Oreilys Auto part store and they quoted me $260+ USD for the unit. I then returned back to 1Aauto.com to buy my fuel pump. I had bought a set of front window slide units for cheap and theyre still working great even after the years. Decent product. No issues - Its been in use for over a month. Also can I make a note on how stinkin Easy it is to change a fuel pump in a mk4?! My buddy had a Jaguar where he needed to have the back suspension taken apart, go in from under the car to drop the tank, then remove the fuel sending unit. The mk4 is as Easy as lifting a folded seat, Undoing a few screws and done. Super simple. Too bad my car smells like crayons... must be the glue they used.
Make sure you measure the outside diameter of the flange coming out before you order your part. Only got a good review for the customer service upon request to return the part.
