Coil packs worked, but plugs were inferior to recommended replacements

The coil packs work great. I had a problem with the spark plugs not working properly after a month or two. Changed them to NGK, and fixed the problem. I suggested a change in plug quality to Customer Service and was told, "We can only offer a replacement set of plugs since it has been more than 60 days." I didn't ask for replacements, I just wanted them to be informed that their plugs were inferior. First problem with 1A parts. If you order this kit, don't bother with the plugs!

Well it could have been worse, but thanks the the folks at A1Auto it turned out ok. I ordered the eight piece ignition kit because I was having a miss fire. I received all the parts, but only two of the four coils packs would fit! The holes were too small and I couldn't get them to go over the spark plugs. After calling A1Auto they sent me two new ones. After installing the spark plus and the two replacement coil packs my miss fire went away.
