The shipping container was fair. The plastic housing around the connector was damaged in shipping. I had to use the one from the original alternator. It was a tight fit, but it is installed and working as expected.

The alternator arrived exactly as expected packed very well and left me a box to send in the old one for someone to benefit. The new alternator did match up exactly as the old one and installed without too much difficulty. Since I installed it myself a few weeks ago, it has performed perfectly.
