NOISY... Not Worth The Noise

Front and rear performance brake rotors (part #s 1APBR00959 & 1APBS03566) were ordered for a 2016 Honda Civic 4DR EX. It was installed per manufacturer specs. All nuts and bolts were torqued to spec and new original Honda pads were also installed. Test drive revealed a clack clack clack noise. Brakes were set/broken in correctly. I contacted customer service on 11/3 to ask if they were somehow directional rotors and representative said they were. I checked the veins for the front and they dont seem to be directional but either way I swapped the left and right for both the front and rear. Upon the 2nd test drive the clack clack clack became more prevalent. Customer Service was contacted again, I explained my issue and was informed that since the rotors were installed I wouldnt be able to return them per the policies. Let me say that I am a bit disappointed at the policy since it states All items sold by 1A Auto come with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not sat
