I received my order very quickly. I had a day of nice weather, so I thought I'd get both sides done in one shot working outside while I had the chance. The online video which walks you through the installation is PERFECT! I had zero surprises and everything went incredibly smoothly... well, up until the passenger side install. I plugged the new unit in and checked the power adjustment. The mirror wouldn't move left to right, only up and down (the small rack gear on the motor is plastic and apparently had broken). I pulled it, put the old one back on, buttoned up the door panel, and headed inside to start the return. The return process is ridiculously easy and the replacement was shipped THE NEXT DAY! I'm thrilled with 1A Auto's service. Aside from a single instance of frustration (which happens sometimes) I'm pleased with the product quality as well.

Special edition means its blacked out. Regular edition are those stock silver color. Trail Team special edition comes with black color. They works great. Having them over for 3 years
