NO MORE GROANING WHEN I TURN THE CAR AND NO MORE LEAKING POWER STEERING FLUID.

THE 1A PART WAS EXACTLY LIKE MY ORIGINAL PART EXCEPT THE NEW PART NEEDED A 17mm WRENCH INSTEAD OF A 16mm. THE CONNECTION TO THE PUMP WAS FAIRLY EASY THROUGH THE WHEEL WELL WITH THE WHEELS TURNED LEFT. THE CONNECTION TO THE RACK AND PINION WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO DO WITH 14" JACK STANDS TO RAISE THE CAR. IF YOU COULD GET YOUR HAND UP THERE, YOU COULDN'T SEE THE BOLT AND ONLY COULD TURN IT WITH YOUR THUMB AND FOREFINGER. NO WAY TO GET YOUR OTHER HAND UP THERE TO LINE UP THE CONNECTION. MAYBE IF YOU REMOVED THE CATALITIC CONVERTER. I ENDED UP TAKING IT TO MY MECHANIC, WHO PUT IT ON THE LIFT AND LOWERED THE RACK AND PINION UNIT AND MADE THE CONNECTION. THE PART WORKED GREAT AND IS EVERY BIT AS GOOD AS THE ORIGINAL.
