So, we're going to replace this little cap that goes over the end of the rear wiper blade, that covers the nut that holds it on. A lot of times these will break, they'll be missing, but it's as simple as you just pull it here to spread the hinge, it pops off, and take your new one. It's got two little pins here, you don't have to spread it to put it back on, it just pushes on. It'll make a nice click when it's on there, and it's installed.
