I replaced the old hose with this one and was disappointed. The new hose had holes in it within three weeks. Therefore, my windshield washer still does not work.
Perfect fit and instrfuctions

I placed the order for my windshield washer hose and it arrived with no issues. The product had a slightly different direction in the bend, but I still was able to replace the old hose and apply the new one. It works just fine with zero issues. I have ordered other parts for my 19996 Nisssan Maixima in addition to my 2002 Chevy Avalanche. All parts worked just fine and I really appreciate all of the different videos to assist in the removal and replacements of such part. Great Job 1A Auto!!

The product worked fine however more videos especially on the things you don't currently have would be great. I've purchased several of your products they all seemed to work fine and I have already recommend you to friends and family.

I've ordered several parts from 1A Auto for multiple vehicles over the past couple years and have always received prompt service, fast shipping, good pricing, and quality parts that fit and work! This order was no exception. The Chevy Windshield hose washer arrived within a few days and fits my 2000 Suburban perfectly. I really like how 1AAuto has video demonstrations for install on many of their parts. Great company. I will source thru them again I'm certain.

Customer Q&A
My tank does not leak until I activate the pump to spray the windshield and/or the rear window. When I activate the pump, fluid comes pouring out from behind the wheel well liner and drains the tank quickly. If anyone has had this same experience,

The motor is plastic and is open to the elements and does over time crack cause Ive replaced my pump motor 2 times due to that. Hope this helps.

I had the same issue. I inspected the hose and found a hole in it. Ordered a new hose and it hasn't leaked since. It helps to have someone watch while you spray.

After disassembling and replacing all the components of the washer (tank, pump, lines) your problem most likely is a leak in the outflow line near the pump junction. You have rubber connectors that deteriorate faster than the line.

Check the hose to the T up by the cowl. If it becomes unclipped it will abrade and open a hole in the line, pouring out through the wheel well. That's what happened to me.

the pump it self may not be mounted to tank right or the oring may be gone or damaged.

I have had the same problem. I assume when the pump is activated the pressure pushes the hose off from the pump. I put a little silicon caulk on the pump outlet where the hose connects and let it dry for a day and have had no further problems. I used silicon because it remains flexible. There should be a better fix for this problem, but for now it is working. Alan O.

It sounds like something is either clogged or leaking. I would trace the hose from start to finish looking for leaks. If none are found maybe try disconnecting the hose at each union one at a time to see if fluid will make it that far, isolating the clogged section.

Is this hose used for both the front and rear hoses running from the pumps up to upper hoses under the hood? Or is there a different hose from the rear pump at the washier tank?

This hose has a preformed design to it. Meaning it fits the route intended to run from the bottom of the fluid pump up the side next to the battery. Pretty sure there is second hose or just a flexible hose line that runs to the wipers.
