The center plug basically gets snugged down. No need to over tighten but just make sure its seated pretty good.

Do u need to tighten both parts of the coolant bleeder screw down or leave the screw open slightly to bleed the air?

remove the small center only. The lerger unit threads in and stays in place. The red you see on the threads is sealant. One installed, it seals itself

Does anyone know how many bleeder valves their are for a radiator flush and a thermostat replacement I've been told only 1 on the thermostat housing but now someone says their are 2 does anyone know? Thanks
