Exact replacement, perfect fit. The screws supplied with the replacement part have a longer head, which makes them easier to grip with long nose pliers...since they are an odd size not likely to be in most owners' toolboxes. Upon installation it functioned perfectly. Aiding in installation: the multifunction switch blocks access to the ignition switch, but 1AAuto has a video with the procedure for removing the multifunction switch. It helped!!!
