My check engine light has been on for about 4 years now. When it was time for emissions check I was able to use Cataclean in the past to turn off the light long enough to pass emissions this year it wasn't enough I was getting p430 code on my 2006 V6 4Runner. I used this part to replace the original factory exhaust manifold with catalytic converter on driver side. Part has been on for almost a month now and check engine light has stayed off. I reused the existing 02 sensors. Part fit well. My only complaint it when the part connects on the lower end, the connection is different than stock and the bolts are not included with the part. I had to visit the hardware store mid repair to buy new nuts and bolts to make the connection. Other than that the part fit well And resolved my check engine light allowing me to pass emissions.
