Hi, I’m Mike from 1A Auto. We’ve been selling auto parts for over 30 years!
Open the hood. Pull the release handle. It's down here above your knee. Release the safety, which is right here. This hood has hood struts. Disconnect the electrical connector at the mass air flow sensor. Push up on the lock. Wiggle the connector out. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to unscrew it from the intake tube. Put those screws aside over here. Just going to wiggle it out, pull it out of the intake tube.
Here's our original mass flow air meter from the vehicle. This is our brand new one from 1AAuto.com. Same style connector. Same style mounting tabs. Got a little sealing O-ring, just like the original. It should fit in there and work great for you.
This can only be installed to fit one way. It'll line up with the holes. It's going to sit right there in the intake tube. Install the screws. These are just small little self-tapping screws going in the plastic. As soon as I feel them get tight, I'm just going to stop. Right there. And right there. Reconnect the electrical connector and our air flow meter is replaced.
Thanks for watching. Visit us at 1AAuto.com for quality auto parts, fast and free shipping, and the best customer service in the industry.

This MAF kept blowing codes. When I called for refund, they only wanted to replace it with the same brand. I eventually bought a Denso MAF.

The videos for installation were great, unfortunately the car kept stalling and the check.engine light kept coming on. The mass air flow sensor code kept coming up, so I submitted a form for refund. They told me that a part removed from plastic is considered installed so no refund is possible. They are supposed to be sending me a replacement.
